What Is the Flex Score ?
Flex Score is an indicator that brings full transparency to job offers and allows talents to evaluate the flexibility of vacancies and companies. The highest the score - the more flexible the company and the job is.

How do we calculate it?
Each job offer on our platform has a flex score that is based on the company’s flex policy but also takes into account the specific conditions of the position.
We evaluate 30 criteria which are split between 3 key pillars of flexibility to obtain the final flex score :
Location
Whether the company allows you to work fully remote or hybrid. Can you work from:
- From anywhere in the world
- From home,
- From co-working spaces,
- From certain fixed locations
Working time
- Will you have fixed working days and hours or you will be flexible in choosing to work when it suits you the best?
- Does a company have a 4-day work week?
- Does the employer allow extra holidays or unlimited PTO?
Conditions & perks
- What different types of contracts can you work under? Can you be a slasher?
- What flex tools do they use, or what languages do they require at a certain job position?
- How about different perks like childcare assistance or the ability to devote time to side projects?
